General Terms & Conditions (AGB)

Last updated: 08 November 2026. This English version is provided for convenience and information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and German versions, the German version shall prevail and shall be legally binding. Please have these Terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication.

1. Provider

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services offered by Joseph, Siby, sole trader, trading under the business name Fliyon, Hausmann Straße 17, 14776 Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany ("Fliyon", "we", "us"). Contact: kontakt@fliyon.com, +49 160 60 444 55.

2. Scope of services

Fliyon acts solely as a recruitment intermediary that supports qualified international nurses in connecting with healthcare employers in Germany, and provides related guidance (for example on professional recognition and the relocation process). Fliyon is not an employer and does not offer employment itself.

3. Free of charge for nurses

Applying and being supported through Fliyon is free of charge for nurses. We never charge applicants any application or placement fees. Our services are funded by partner employers.

4. Application and eligibility

To apply, you must be a qualified, registered nurse and provide accurate, complete and authentic information and documents. Fliyon may decline or discontinue support where information is false, misleading or incomplete, or where an applicant does not meet the requirements of a given opportunity.

5. No guarantee

Submitting an application does not create any employment or contractual relationship with Fliyon and does not guarantee employment, an interview, recognition of a professional qualification, visa approval, work authorisation, or relocation to Germany. All hiring decisions are made exclusively by the respective employer. Decisions of authorities (including immigration, recognition and licensing bodies) are outside Fliyon's control.

6. Your obligations

You agree to provide truthful information, to keep your details up to date, to respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner, and to only submit documents and referrals you are entitled to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

7. Referral & Welcome Grant Programme

Where you participate in our referral programme or receive Welcome Support, the specific Referral & Welcome Grant Programme Terms apply in addition to these Terms.

8. Third-party content and employers

Content provided by employers (such as job advertisements, descriptions and logos) remains the responsibility of the respective employer, who is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, completeness and currency.

9. Liability

Fliyon is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, Fliyon is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms where necessary. The version published on this website at the time of your use applies.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany.

13. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
